Why should your tax dollars pay for their education? The Constitution says nothing about the right of education.
Prisoners have no other way to pay for food to stay alive….they are incarcerated. That’s the difference. That being said, I’m fine with paying for kids lunches (lunch only) if they cut the pork and use the money they already have.

All this will do is lower the wages of lower end workers that no longer require a wage to cover the cost of feeding their children.

I hate using isolated examples as reasons to do anything at all. That is why I am disgusted whenever sweeping legislation is passed in the immediate aftermath of some horrible incident.
