Honestly she sounds incompetent but she has done such a good job with her meandering responses she may have given enough to let the judge allow this to proceed
Nothing that is a slam dunk at least. Just a lot of smoke (definitely I’m sure there is fire but not sure that’ll be enough given the audience and likely political leanings of this judge)

Seems like the prosecution has a layer approach to pile on and create a crescendo where they make their point, but the judge is cutting it off.
