Yep, and then once the LAWS are passed, that’s all that should matter to a LAW enforcement officer. Why are you so confused about this?
See my previous post about differences in interpretation of “peaceful protest”, and about variations in enforcement which you never answered.
For example, please tell me when it’s legal for someone to block your passage on a street, sidewalk or other public or private property?
How close can someone be to cops who are making an arrest? How close can they be to film them?
Is there a legal limit to the decibel range of noise makers or megaphones?
Is it legal to warn someone that cops are coming so as to help them avoid lawful attest?

They don’t support our Constitution.
They do, they just dont support anything that comes afterwards that is negative to them from said constitution.

If you are intentionally blocking people’s passage on a public street or sidewalk…you aren’t “peacefully protesting.”

Depends on where you are. Florida has a 25 ft halo law. But by law, the LEO must first inform and warn you. If you don’t obey that lawful order, then you can be subject to arrest or citation. And if someone does this, guess what they are not doing: (say it with me loudly): peacefully protesting!

If there is a city ordinance on the books that prohibits megaphones above a certain decibel range, and someone decides to violate that law, then they aren’t peacefully protesting.
I can do this all day

Wtf does this have to do with peacefully protesting?
You are really confused on this topic.

I’m glad you can! Great.
Now go back and look again at the judge’s order and see how vapid it is in light of what is happening in Minnesota.
If she was serious, she would have said all of the things you just pointed out and more so that her order had any substantive meaning.
Simply saying that ICE can’t break the law is absurdly simplistic.

My friend, did you read her ruling? Or did you just read articles “summarizing” the 80 pages?

Ha! Nope. It’s not high on my reading list, but given how much time I’ve sunk into responding to you, perhaps I should have.
No, I thought we were discussing the Politico article ABOUT the judge’s ruling. The article with the following headline. I clicked the link and read that article which was posted.
quote:
Judge limits ICE’s crowd control tactics following Minneapolis shooting
The judge’s order prevents federal agents from arresting peaceful protesters.
If you have relevant quotes from the actual ruling, sock it to me.

One specific example would be Filming ICE officers. That is not obstruction.
It really shouldn’t be.
However… as of late these peaceful protesters have been doxxing the hell out of them.
The act of filming and doxxing is anything but peaceable.
