1st: Take a golden shower, because everyone knows urine is sterile and the germaphobe thing doesn't pass muster. Unless it's his wife, so he can get away with it. Also, pornstars don't have sex for money wait, not technically a prostitute. So maybe band, and bang some pornstars. That's if the meds still work, maybe he can just, grab it lick it or something.
2nd: Claim Assassination attempts, and "temporarily" take away the 2nd Amendment under the Insurrection Act.
3rd: Call up the National Guard and other agents, to do no-knock warrants against anyone/business suspected of employing/harboring illegals and or holding weapons.
