We agree that the governor “does not have election authority “ … but it wasn’t about that either.
State of Georgia was sued by Elias representing Abrams groups and two other organizations. Raffensberger reaches a settlement, Kemp is required to sign off on that settlement. That settlement included loopholes in the Mail In ballot process.
Kemp knew …
Kemp knew beforehand …. just as Raffensberger knew.
and there is no doubt that Kemp knew it would be abused.

Did Kemp have anything to do with the missing ballots referenced by the OP? …. very unlikely. The lack of a valid chain of custody on those ballots has been known since 2020 storage facility break in shortly after the election.
Did Kemp have knowledge of loopholes in the Mail In Ballots that would promote election fraud? He absolutely 100% knew …. he signed off on the settlement with Abrams group and Marc Elias. He knew 9 months before the election …. he knew and did nothing to insure a valid election by legitimate Georgia voters.
