Thats not how this works. We cant wait and see if he kills a cop with a gun. Even if there were a gun in the vehicle the cop would have no way o knowing in real time.

Most likely an innocent officer would be dead and he violent criminal would be alive. Why don't you volunteer to handle all these violent confrontations where the violent offenders care so little they put child relatives in serious danger like this freak did.
