No melt just find it amusing you expect a definition for lawfare so you can slice dice and obfuscate.
But can't use your substantially superior cranial capacity to answer a simple question.
Lawfare, Deep State, Globalism, etc. all suffer from the same malleability issues and lack of a clear, precise definition.

If the FBI/Deep State was spinning this event, wouldn't they want it to be linked to ISIS?
No… under the current DEI regime, they would not want it to be Muslim brown people. It doesn’t further their already aggressively perpetuated narrative for the last several years that “right wing white nationalist / white supremacists (aka Trumpers) are the most significant terrorist threat in the U.S. today,” and any implication that certain brown skinned demographics are more prone to violence, murder and terrorism, is “racist.” Even when the data says they are.
You know this and acting like this isn’t the case, is dishonest.

Something not having a clear definition in your opinion, does not invalidate it or prove it doesn’t exist.

What about the MIC? Brown-Muslim terrorists are right in their wheelhouse.
Or is the MIC not part of the Deep State now?

In theory, sure, but when dealing with discussion, it creates a moving target scenario, which destroys any rhetorical value.
Look at the posts ITT removing the MIC from the Deep State, for example.
