He will be impeached and I believe there are enough GOP senators that would vote to convict. If he doesn’t resign, they will remove him and ban him from holding office in the future. After he’s out, they will prosecute him and convict on Federal and state charges. The Dems will absolutely destroy the Trump family and Trump organizations.
