The reason it is now a criminal investigation is because Mullen will wrap all 3 investigations into 1. The investigation into Flynn has been a criminal investigation for awhile, the investigation into leaks that hasn't started yet is a criminal investigation and the investigation into what Russia may or may not have done is a counter intelligence instigation.

It was so easy to see monafort in troublesome dealings, surprising trump used him as campaign manager.

I believe the "muh Russian" talk will be very limited by both sides now. I think they all know now, whatever they spout about it, can lead to them being subpoenaed by the "special counsel".

Pretty crazy. Every single person they interviewed looked overwhemed - even former presidential candidates who are used to media in their face. Really weird to watch.
