The problem with applying economic theory to the actual economy is almost all theories assume rational actors making marginal decisions in an orderly market.
It has no ability to predict outcomes when those assumptions fail.
And those assumptions always fail.
I'm not intending to discount economic theory it's, just when you see that the assumptions are not in place you can't assume the outcomes will hold.
That's what is going on now.

Of course, because it does.
I think you should watch it again and again and again. Maybe eventually you'll come to the correct conclusion

She was intending to drive through him, again if you want to argue she didn't think that would kill him, given she's obviously a moron, that's certainly possible.

If you want to argue it was attempted manslaughter versus attempted murder, that's fine.
It doesn't change the outcome or analysis of the police officers actions one bit. It does provide more context for social commentary.
But she definitely saw him when she gunned her car through him. So I don't think you can rule out intent.

The fact someone could be so stupid as to write that , read it, and not recognize the complete intellectual failure questions that persons qualification to deliver mail for the government much less preside over legal cases of national consequence.

The worst was ivory falling for the nyt liar who (with an argument that defied physics) "proved" that he wasn't struck.

You are correct that the weapon did not "clear leather" until the vehicle was moving, but he started reaching for it while the vehicle was stationary.
It's incredible the instincts these officers have after their years of experience.

Here's something you can learn. Don't allow the narration from a liar nytimes retard of a video (that illuminates the exact opposite of the retards narration ) impact your perspective.
If you work for that organization you should be assumed to be a stupid dishonest piece of shite.
Think you can learn that?

She was about to be arrested for obstructing the officers.
She committed two crimes that we know of that day. Obstruction and attempted manslaughter/murder of a federal agent.
The combination of the two got her killed.

No he's not, the vehicle definitely pushes the agent as his body moves with the direction of the vehicle while his posture and bodily movement take no action that would move him away from the vehicle.
