No one knows what started the fight so it’s hard to say whether it’s indicative of anything more than the typical shenanigans that occur outside a bar at 3 AM.

They are raised and indoctrinated by society to believe they are physically inferior not to mention most these days are not given the rite of passage from their father to train them in man to man combat, shooting, tactical skills, etc. I hate that we are at this point to draw a line around color but most white men under 30 today are pussies.

there's another view of the assault - security camera from across the street. it was 3 sucker punches. one victim is in a coma.

3 white guys drunk as hell out in public, too drunk to even defend themselves. Don't be like this Folks. Don't be helpless out on the street. There are some animals looking to take advantage. You'll be on a video on twitter too.

It was 3 sucker punches any way you slice it. and if the white dudes were too drunk to defend themselves, then that makes the assault worse - not better.
it was a punk move by the dude in a white hat - i don't care what color he is.
and even more of a punk move by the clown in the black jersey.

For damn sure. They know there's gonna be some drunk guys outside the bar who waited until last call to get an uber. Video opportunity to beat down some white guys. Total bitch move. Gonna start seeing it more and more. It has a purpose, and that is to create more attacks. It's coming.

If and when the authorities catch up with these guys and determine their identity, victims should go in together and pay some hulking menace a grand to beat these dudes to a bloody pulp. Truly leave a lasting impression.....of a footprint, on their jaw.

It's a tricky situation with this kind of charging. I don't want to say a damn favorable to them, but it isn't an intentional attempt to murder, that would be impossible to prove. Even with such a viscous sucker punch.
And attempt isnt available for a lesser homicide charge such as negligent homicide. Because that's a death resulting from an otherwise negligent act. Not intent to murder. Now, if the ICU coma guy happens to pass away from complications....whole different story then. That would be felony murder. Not intentional but death resulting from another felony act.
2nd degree battery is the only step up from misdemeanor battery in that "great or serious bodily injury" occurred. Well, then there's also aggravated 2nd degree battery, same as above but a weapon was used to bring about the serious bodily injury.
