I'm against enforcing any unconstitutional law - especially when it comes to firearms.

Pam's position on guns in DC should follow the facts. The fact is they brought more guns into DC and the crime rate dropped.

I am sure they are doing some stop and frisk type work which was what was used in New York to get guns off the street when things were bad.
