Absolutely. Positively. Unequivocally. Thoroughly.

Corrupt.

Through and through.

And still the true believers carry the water for this Administration.

I hate to sound like an arse, but I've said many times that the old version of politics and Law is existentially irrelevant. It's like the terrorist; they slam us and our mouths drop in the how dare you mode.

Obama/Progs just outright ignore the Rule of Law, cock their heads back up in the air...and we in the opposition - Congress most of all - just wax indignant will all manner of fruitless protestation. The sound like the UN up there.

It is time to IGNORE the Law, create a Constitutional crisis of power, and sort this stuff out. If Rick Perry carries through and orders HIS Guard down to secure the border, and calls Holder/Obama out as lawless, obstruction of justice liars and ignores any mandates, decrees, EOs, Court rulings, etc. ...that will be a start.

I know a lot of yall don't believe it...yet; but it's getting more obvious by the day that the Progs are just like the Islamists. They only respect the Law as it applies to their hegemonic interest.

Time to take the gloves off.

Bullets should fly over this. Using the IRS to target political thought and then covering it up...

Been wanting the gloves to come off for decades now.

It is obvious to anyone with a brain that the DEMs are not going to be cooperative on anything - that they will lie and smear without shame - that nothing they say has any credibility.

And it seems the GOP is trying to just out-DEM the DEMs. It is time to toss the shot of whiskey in their face and take it to the street.

I'm too old for the street, CB; and I imagine that after about two weeks we'd all regret such an emotional response.

The Congress needs to pass some sort of 'no faith' or 'indictment of extraordinary criminality' (normal Lawful Impeachment protocol would be a joke, to the Dems) resolution re Holder/Obama, and threaten any Agency or individual which carries out their mandates with defunding/jail.

Lerner should be arrested. Period.

It's ugly, but the Progs have already dropped the Law. Just like the Islamists. It's going to take an Allen West in charge of Homeland Security, to weather this storm. Just a matter of time.

God help us all.

I don't know about y'all, but I doubt that her hard drive was the only place in the system that stored the emails.
I think most of the angry posters know that, but want to get riled up anyway.

There is a real big issue with e-mails used by public officials all over this country, especially with officials using private e-mail accounts. Probably led to an all time high in corruption. Unfortunately no one in Congress or at any state level will do a thing about it.

What real options does Congress have? They can hold probably hold Lerner in jail for contempt. Can a special prosecutor be assigned without Holder? What real options are available to investigation this?

The biggest tool might be public opinion, but MSM isn't talking about this at all. If the public was demanding answered we might see something done. Could supper PACs start running ads to raise public awareness?

Once an email is sent...............it is pretty much never lost.

It amazing that they expect the public to believe the emails are just "gone"

Move along, nothing to see here.

Because someone's computer crashed years ago and they followed normal IT protocal in recycling the computer because they couldn't retrieve the data upon several attempts.

What criminal law do you suggest has been violated?

What did it take over a year of investigations for this information to be provided? Is this new info for Lerner and the IRS?

And there you have it. Nothing to see here.

Oh, what about the "other" six individuals whose computers mysteriously "crashed" as well? Any concerns there?
