The goal of JBE and LDH was to sneak this under the radar and keep everything quiet until July/August. They knew if the majority of parents found this out they would not stand for it. Many more people are aware of this but a very large percentage of parents still don’t know. Things look promising for Monday but nothing is final at this point please please share with your friends and pass the message on what these POS people are trying to do.

Emailed ALL senators on Friday.
Dear Senators,
I have already written some of you separately. As the marine testified at Wednesday’s hearing, the fight for freedom is here. My father a proud Vietnam veteran had similar sentiments before he passed away on Christmas Eve. He expressed disappointment for the direction this state and our country is headed.
Our freedoms are being eroded from within and it is insulting to our veterans who sacrificed everything to protect them.
Parental rights have been violated for the past 2 years. It is past time to restore our God given and constitutional rights for informed consent and the right to refuse medical interventions for our children.
Last year’s school policies which followed LDH guidance were highly discriminatory for unvaccinated children, my young son included. Exemptions will allow for the same discrimination to continue.
Any parent that wants their child to receive the COVID-19 vaccine has every opportunity to do so. Mandating these shots is not appropriate and will do more harm than good.
Please allow HCR3 to be heard on the senate floor.

I've been emailing and calling since this failed in committee on Wednesday. We need to override the pressure JBE is putting to kill this and get this to the floor!
Just curious, what's the reasoning for these four senators in particular? Are they for this or are they the resistance? Would like to tailor fit emails to them.

They most likely won’t get to floor today. Cortez, Mills actively trying to actually fighting against this unreal. They believe they have the votes on the floor keep fighting to get it there.

I emailed both of my reps last week, Abraham and Romero. For shots and giggles I even emailed Higgins and Kennedy to try and put pressure on the state legislators.

In my experience with my senator/rep when I do get a reply its usually mealy mouth political bullshite.
My rep (Roy Adams) also just lies about what he is going to do. He tells me X. Then he goes and does Y.

FWIW I emailed all (R) Senators (not that the R means anything with these clowns) multiple times. Only received 2 responses. One from Hensgens saying they are looking into options and the below from McMath:

A Senator must file a petition/ motion to "discharge" the bill from eh committee. I understand that those conversations are already happening. Once the motion is filed, there will be a vote and we need 20 Senators to support the motion.
If we have 20, then there will be a full debate on the Senate Floor, just like a normal bill, and then a vote to see if it passes.
What we aren't clear on is the timing. Sometimes bills have to "lay over" on the calendar, but what we are hearing, that won't be the case. So when the petition is filed, this will all unfold rapidly.”
So I guess there’s some hope that some of our politicians will stand up to the powers that be.

Hearing maybe getting to floor tomorrow. The average person needs to understand what they are trying to do. This needs to be broadcasted on some type of media. Walton & Johnson would be great if possible
