What I'm hearing from a lot of America First/MAGA types, they're very concerned if this military operation isn't wrapped up in the next 4-6 weeks and deemed a rousing success then the Democratic Socialists will most likely regain control of Congress and the nation, maybe even holding enough momentum to take the White House in 2028.
That's ^^^^ a sickening thought.

Sickening is an understatement.
But man..... as hard as "they" have tried to bury Trump(literally) the last 9ish years, I'm believing and hopeful until it works or doesn't.
The moment it "doesn't work ", we're literally finished as a nation. As a nation our founding fathers intended anyways.
Folks think this opinion is exaggerated...
Let's hope we don't find out.

Americans have had endless wars and are tired of it. This is regime change and it has never worked. 1953 the CIA over thru the elected PM. it’s been shite show since then. If the Iranian people want regime change let them start the revolution. We did it other countries have done it. Those democracies stand today.

As America First/MAGA we have to be honest and use our critical thinking skills and ask why take action against Iran now? Was there an imminent attack coming from Iran? Maybe. But if there was no immediate danger from Iran, it may have been smarter for Trump to wait until the outcome of the 2026 midterms. If you wait until after the midterms has anything really been lost with respect to Iran? The only thing that changes is the US can stockpile more munitions and additional weapon systems, that' not a bad thing.
Currently, the worst thing for the US and America First/MAGA is allowing the Democratic Socialists/enemies from within to take control of the government again, you think the lawfare and unhinged behavior from the Democratic Socialists was bad from 2021-2025, watch what they do if they get control again.
We can't afford any type of long term military engagement with Iran, we can't get sucked into anything more than diminishing Iran's military capabilities and bloodying their nose, essentially telling them if they decide to F around in the future, there's some more Find Out waiting for their asses.
Here's the danger, do you remember this?
Listen carefully to what Cheney says.....and I'm not comparing Bush II and Cheney to Trump 2.0 but what is frequently sold as a limited military engagement many times expands into a much larger conflict and commitment.
