How many of you LSU fans actually attended college at LSU?

I graduated from LSU as did both of my sons.

LSU fans, tell me about Nic Anderson

Will tell you exactly what OU fans told us when we got him.

Physically impressive player with elite talent, but……… is always hurt, and rarely plays.

What about Longstreet? What's his status?

This article from SI will answer all your questions on Longstreet.

We heard similar reports of how hard Brian Kelly recruited and when compared to coach O, it wad obviously different. Yet results were not up to expectations.

Brian Kelly gave each of us a good look at how ungenuine, and fake, he really was when he was introduced at the PMAC and spoke in a southern accent. LSU fans wanted to brush it aside as if it was nothing, but it spoke volumes of how fake he truly is.

Kelly was 62 years old when he was hired by LSU, whereas Lane is 50. Most post 60 year olds are gliding towards retirement. Only a few (Saban, Cig) are the true exceptions.

Lane embraces the villain role and I truly believe all the media slandering of him has really lit him up to win multiple (emphasis on multiple) titles here.

Lane is unapologetically himself and doesn’t give a damn if you like him or not. I love his swagger and confidence. I have zero doubt he succeeds at a high level here.

UF ain't one of them either, since you bitches whined to get us off LSU's schedule

Let’s see… LSU has beaten Florida 6 out of the last 7 games; and 12 out of the last 16 games. I don’t think many LSU fans have whined that much about playing Florida since 2010.

Do LSU and other programs have dedicated baseball program endowments?.

Yes, LSU has the LSU Baseball Foundation that is dedicated strictly to funding the baseball program.

LSU Baseball is heavily funded by the Marrucci Sports company as well as other major donors who provide funding strictly for baseball.

How much are YOU contributing to the buyout?”

Just shut up about this!

I think LSU made a very loud, and clear, statement when they fired Kelly, with his massive buyout, and subsequently, hired Lane, with a huge contract, that they will do whatever it takes to build a winner.

If LSU wants to win at men’s basketball, they will. If they don’t, they won’t.

How do you cheat exactly?

Not saying there is any credibility to this accusation, but here’s your answer on how to properly cheat.

Saban does as well. You consider him a weenie?

Probably right. But who can do better?

There are most definitely coaches out there that can do better. It’s not our job to identify them, but rest assured, they are out there.

I remember prior to Will Wade being hired the vast majority of posters on here said it was impossible to recruit high end talent to LSU in basketball. No one really knew who Wade was at the time, but after he was hired, he proved everyone who said you couldn’t recruit high end talent to lsu wrong.
How is this an absolute disaster???

Lane and Glasscock are working the portal. The offensive coaches aren’t necessarily needed for that.

This simply demonstrates that Lane and his team are very capable of putting together a championship caliber program.

Based off previous posts by LSU fans. My perception is LSU fans hatred of SEC teams are in order 1-Bama 2-A&M 3-UGA

Dude, you are seriously clueless about the LSU fanbase.

LSU fans despise Alabama. Can’t stand Ole Miss or A&M. Have a very healthy dislike for Florida and Auburn. Arkansas is a knat that irritates us at times.

Other than that no other fan base really has any issues with LSU fans.

Oh, it's happening!

Indiana 38-3 lol

UT and Vandy haven't dominated the SEC in decades. Georgia and Ole Miss are doing just fine

Look at their bowl record then look at ours. They’ve won the last 2 National Championships and will likely make it 3 in a row.

Sorry, we all love to puff our chests out and proclaim we are the best. Over the last 3 years, we aren’t.
No one on this board wants to admit it, but the Big Ten is a superior football conference than the SEC right now.

It only ended OURS

Illinois over Tennesse, Iowa over Vandy, & Indiana physically dominating Bama says otherwise
Kelly promoted a soft culture. Didn’t allow enough physicality and hitting in practice as he was too concerned with injuries. The team practiced indoors far more than they should have.

It’s not always pure talent. Culture is very important. If you listened to Cristobal after the game last night you’d know how much he promotes a real physical football team.

simply saw a post from someone with On3 in their name

Just because someone has On3 in their name doesn’t mean jack. Why don’t you look at their number of followers. That’s a dead giveaway that this is an account of a nobody who knows nothing. He has 89 followers. Lol

How was it suppose to be taken? This should have been taken serious and he should have been escorted out of the ops building.

It’s obvious who the weak minded idiots are. Lol

Players gotta protect their earnings future. Nobody else is looking out for them.

The players are getting paid to play.

If there is a game that their team is scheduled to play, every single player that accepted a paycheck, should be playing, unless injured. Period.
quote:

Why do people act like Ed Orgeron and Frank Wilson love LSU so much?

Because Fans desperately want their coaches to love their team as much as they do.

Plus… anytime a fan puts it into proper perspective, like you are now, prior to them announcing that they leaving, or before things go south, they get chastised as being negative, when in reality, they are just being realistic like you are now.
