Yes, any Republican can if those State's legislatures will start passing voting laws like Florida.
When a party can mass mail-out ballots to all their registered voters, have ballot harvesters collect those, filled out or not filled-out, have them comlpleted, and then returned, you have a wave of votes that you can use to offset any candidate.
Ballot harvesting is illegal in Arizona, yet it still happened and there in 2022, and video evidence exist of it happening.
These methods go unchecked and therefore will continue to be used everywhere that Democrats can use them.

It is so absurd how like sheep people just agree that Hershel wasnt a good candidate. Was it the way he talked? Back country southern? The judgement of the left wing media on his intelligence? These are the same kind of people that the democrats reign in to vote for them? They don't like one of them going off and thinking for themselves and challenging them? Like Biden said, if you don't vote for me "you ain't Black? Like blacks and Hershel are stupid because of the color of their skin or the way they talk? Hershel Walker is smart, articulate and accomplished and whoever judges him otherwise is just a foolish sheep that should look in the mirror!

Herschel was a good candidate, better than the Biden voting machine candidate Warnock! Herschel did a better job than anyone expected at the debate, He was not just a good football player, he was a business owner and a black man who was conservative and that is what everyone wants to criticize just like Clarence Thomas who pegged it right in his Senate hearing; you "deign to deign to think for themselves, to do for themselves, to have different ideas, and it is a message that unless you kowtow to an old order, this is what will happen to you. You will be lynched, destroyed, caricatured by a committee of the U.S. -- U.S. Senate, rather than hung from a tree."
