I think Minneapolis abolishing police could be what flips Minnesota.

Trump wins by a wider margin. I voted for the 1st time against Hillary. This time I am frothing at the mouth to vote for Trump. it won't be a landslide but the silent majority is absolutely more pissed off at liberals, self righteous celebs, & MSM more than they were in 2016. I did not think that was possible.

For you nervous nellies: the people that hated him are simply more vocal in their hate. Their vocal projection at the silent majority will seal their fate yet again. The only way GEOTUS loses is cheating. Progs feel they have to moral high ground to do just that. Mail in ballots are nothing compared to what they could really do to tamper.

Ask yourself what person that voted for Trump four years ago would vote for Sleepy Joe Biden this time? The Dems went with the sacrificial lamb route a few months back with Joe when it looked like they had no shot, they are probably regretting that decision now. Personally I still don't think Joe is going to be on the ballot come November so I wouldn't bet my house on anything at this point.

He can't. With the protests and the virus the optics would look too bad.

I still think Trump wins, but never count out the effect of white-guilt and self-loathing on a population.
99% of the country did not protest, bend the knee or proclaim with sanctimonious intent that whites need to feel guilty for having a culture that rewards effort and good behavior.

I think the anger over this behavior only strengthens Trump's election odds.

For those saying Trump (and I guess I could say the same for Biden, but I don’t see/hear as much out of him), does the arrogance and appearance of cluelessness not turn people off to our president?

As I said, I lean right, but on the surface, Trump’s constant patting of his own back and photo ops appear to be, yes, both arrogant and clueless to me.

I do think the left is at the point that they will do whatever it takes to win this election.

The feeling of uncertainty and need for a strong man in foreign affairs and negotiations got Trump elected the first time. Basically people got tired of Barack Obama acting like a pussy.

Now that the country is on fire - I say that doubles.

Trump wins. Nobody in their right mind thinks Joe Biden gets any situation under control. And nobody who works in the bubble that is news media is in their right mind. They just reinforce their existing beliefs and they will be shouting at the sky again in November.

(I do fear the rioting is worse when Trump wins again tho).

There is no human who has ever looked more clueless than Biden every time he’s seen in public. If Trump had a real opponent, maybe.

how on earth did this banal ridiculousness become part of our vernacular, much less become a control on the actions of our politicians?

How I loathe it

Biden gets larger popular vote margin than Hilary.

Trump wins with nearly identical Electoral College numbers as 2016.

If they have a few debates, Biden will be exposed and mentally ill. Not trying to be mean, but he's not all there.

It does, but the question is do the Democrats look less arrogant and clueless? I'd say the answer is frick NO. Nancy Pelosi saying she couldn't live without ice cream while middle class families are in breadlines. All of AOC's bullshite. Calling for the dismantling of the police.

That said, Trump needs to stop with some of the Twitter bullshite, like calling Joe Scarborough a murderer and inadvertently dragging in the husband of the dead intern.

Biden wins...not because of the will of the people. I just don't see how Trump overcomes this. You will be "woke" to vote for Biden.

I've seen a lot of things lately that say that Vegas has shifted odds away from Trump (that also didn't favor him in 2016 so take it fwiw). That Trump is doing nothing to grow his supporters. His base is there and will always be but he needs more than that. And that the "hate both candidates" voter that Trump won bigly in 2016 he isn't winning right now.

I don't like either candidate but I think Joe wins.
