Good questions. I'm not sure those details have been made public yet. If this is one of those "we'll save $1.5 trillion over 10 years" plays then we all know this is BS. Administrations change, congress changes... priorities and budgets change. I guess the biggest takeaway is that an actual budget may get passed.
