They won’t do shut. They have been threatened with the lives of their family and they will do as they are told.

They ought to bring up the warnings of the fbi and nypd days before the rally of a credible threat, without notifying Trump or secret service. They ought to question rhetorically pelosi and McConnell what were they told, what they did or didn’t do to increase security around the capitol in light of those credible threats.

Here’s some pics from the democrat insurrection of 2016...

A protester is ejected during a joint session of Congress for the counting of Electoral College votes on Capitol Hill in Washington, U.S., January 6, 2017.

There were several more protesters / rioters (depending on which party you represent) escorted out but I only saw pictures of 2 of them.

quote:

Rep. Shelia Jackson Lee objects during a joint session of Congress to count Electoral College votes on Capitol Hill in Washington, U.S., January 6, 2017.

quote:

1:09 P.M. ET: Rep. Jim McGovern of Massachusetts rose to object to the certificate from Alabama

quote:

1:14 P.M.: Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland rose to object to 10 of Florida's 29 electoral votes

quote:

1:15 P.M.: No sooner had the Florida question been settled than its neighbor to the north was the subject of another objection, when Washington's Rep. Pramila Jayapal objected to Georgia's vote certificate

quote:

1:21 P.M.: Rep. Barbara Lee of California brought up voting machines and Russian hacking when she objected following the counting of Michigan's votes

quote:

1:23 P.M.: After New York's tally was read, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas stood up to object

quote:

1:28 P.M.: Arizona's Rep. Raul Grijalva rose to object after North Carolina's tally

quote:

1:31 PM: Jackson Lee made another appearance minutes later after South Carolina's certification

quote:

1:38 PM: The final state's votes had been read. Then entered California Rep. Maxine Waters

There’s more but I’m tired of copying and pasting.

But they still be portrayed as supporters of the most violent insurrection attempt in US history.

Why? Trump specifically asked gay the protest remain peaceful. Why are dems against peaceful protest?

Indignation for inciting an insurrection would be the perfect tone for the defense to set!

Why are you against peaceful protest. That’s what Trump specifically incited. I’m sure you knew that and your post was just sarcasm. Right?
