How did he use executive authority?

Utilizing the power of the Executive Branch....cut various subsidies and funding, slashed advertising and promotion, shortened enrollment periods, etc.

Hey, dumbasse. Why don't you post something where I anything like that?

You don't get the point about Trump picking which laws he will faithfully execute. That's pitiable.

Utilizing the power of the Executive Branch

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said Tuesday that he will propose amending the Senate GOP tax bill to repeal ObamaCare's individual mandate and create a property-tax deduction similar to that in the House bill.

"Today I am announcing my intention to amend the Senate tax bill to repeal the individual mandate and provide bigger tax cuts for middle income taxpayers," Paul said on Twitter. "The mandate repeal is a promise we all made and we should keep. It also allows an additional $300 billion+ in tax cuts."

Is the Senate in the Executive Branch?

You're a purely emotional creature that is completely disingenuous in the conversations you have here. You don't discuss policy because all you do is cry about Trump being mean and want to "believe all women".

What I don’t understand is the warped logic of the Democrats.

It is become, pretty clear that Biden and his son committed serious crimes and Biden abused his political position for substantial personal gain. Instead of focusing on the criminal, they focus on people investigating the crime? This is so similar to the Hillary emai fiasco. She f’ed up, yet all you heard about is Muh Russia. And JFYI, If Biden is/was the democratic nomination, it would be an absolute dream scenario for Trump. It would be like getting to bat against a pitcher with a 8.7 ERA.

They are basically saying that Trump can’t investigate crimes committed by the left because it,would benefit him politically? So basically the left have no sense of,accountability. It is really psychotic.

I didn't include repeal of the individual mandate in my post for just that reason.

Hahaha. Here is one of the true suckers of the leftist propaganda teet. Wrong time after time after time after time after time after time. Continually leaves embarrassed after being misled and lied to by the people who tell him how to think. Then goes back to be led around by his nose by his programmers again to have his hopes built up..... only to be crushed again.

Again, the purpose of my original response to Tex was that, yes, the Trump administration did take some action it had available to it regarding the ACA in order to fix broken aspects, and legally and legitimately did so within the bounds of executive authority. Some examples of which I listed.

Here's some wiki on Trump executive action.... LINK

the question is "what is the truth?"

Not, "how would you feel if the truth benefits Trump"?

what kind of question is that? seems like one CNN would ask

Do people not get that this “hail Trump” and “God Emperor” labels are thrown out there not as some serious line of thinking, but as a way to get under the lefts skin? You reacting like a toddler is giving him exactly what he wants. Melting like butter on a south Louisiana august afternoon. Like clockwork.
