thats a very simplified way of looking at China. they had multiple dynasties that were foreign rulers. why do you think they built the Great Wall? people that look exactly like them kept invading and pillaging China.
Also China has hundreds of ethnic groups, more diverse than the United States. funny thing is Nationalism is on the rise in China. even Xi Jin Ping is noticing and is becoming worrisome for him.

The real problem they presented along with the Irish before them was their Catholicism as well as the OC background. But in places like NOLA and even NYC they were filtering into the mainstream by WWII. New Orleans and NYC could not have operated without them.
The difference in the OC end is that the Italians that came in had their OC which pretty much stayed in their communities. But, they supplied the populace with the vices they wanted. The Anglos wanted gambling, they wanted prostitution ( NYC and Philly were not filled with angels even going back to the Revolution) It was " White" America that bought the drugs, booze and whores as much as if not more than their own. Same with the Jews that came over. Jews also had an added advantage over the Anglo Saxon types as well as the Irish and Italians......they were smarter.

Dude, the Nigerians and Cameroon types are running so much of our IT infrastructure along with Indians it would blow you away. The guys from Cameroon manage most of the cloud infrastructure

IQ studies in Israel have Ashkenazi at 100, for Sephardi and Mizrahi it's lower.

If so, from a conspiratorial aspect, then why is it that they tend to have done so much better as a group than just about any other ethnic group that immigrated to this country? As a percentage they far outstrip the Anglo Saxons, the Southern Europeans and Germans in terms of success and accumulation of wealth.
That's pretty good for lower IQ types.

What you propose is evil
You want to import low wage foreign workers, who will undermine the incomes of poor Americans. Social trust will decline with the increase in diversity, and you'll see an higher rates of poverty and crime.
