No. Expanding the tent has been the GOP strategy for decades. It kinda works to win some elections here and there...but to actually win cultural and political battles, it sucks. Milquetoast, lukewarm politics suck. It doesnt energize people. The only reason the GOP hasnt been completely buried is because of Trump. Nobody wants Ben Shapiro or some other watered down right wing chode to lead them.
People will follow a Crusade, not another GOP golf clap bake sale

Rebranding or even a new party can not reverse the country’s trajectory. When increasing the national debt by ‘only’ $7T instead of $9T over the next decade is celebrated as a conservative victory, the word no longer has any meaning. The Rubicon is in the rear view mirror.

Try to cut the defense budget,
Try to cut the education budget,
Try to cut infrastructure,
Try to cut the bureaucratic work force,

Try to cut foreign aid,
Try to cut the CIA and FBI and NSA,
Try to cut almost anything and a lot of people lose their shite.
By and large, Americans want spending and they don’t care about the consequences of fiscal irresponsibility.
There have been people here on this board, supposedly intelligent people, tell me that money doesn’t matter and the US can never, and will never, financially collapse.

Well... it's a simple explanation of why youth are attracted to socialism.
My daughter and her young family have 2 primary concerns right now- buying a home and paying off student loans.
Whoever can speak to these will probably get their two votes.
