Which is fricking stupid. They should end the $600 per week additional unemployment and start giving weekly payroll tax breaks if they want people to return to work.
If you want people back in the work force, incentive them to work and not sit at home.

I agree. It is what turtle decides. I think they got a lot of feedback that many can't find jobs and need the boost. I think it was decided to keep the boost at 70% of the $600 because if we get into another housing crisis there won't be any turning back.
I agree but go read Chad P on twitter they don't seem jazzed at all about the payroll tax holiday. Turtle is him hawing. The cognitively impaired dems want people making under $40K only getting help. The R's want to keep the stimulus where it is at.

I think Trump will win re-election but I think he has been told he is not doing well in the internal polls regarding the handling of this virus. I think he is holding some women voters hands with these news briefings; as some are scared crapless sending their kids back to school.
