Took J&J because I was forced to get one at the hospital for work about a month ago. I’m still alive…

For now…

J&J if forced. But good luck finding it. It’s completely out in the GNO area.

mRNA vaccines do not have any LONG TERM safety data, but Moderna seems to work better.

J&J vaccine uses technology that was used for Ebola vaccine, so has 6ish years of safety data. Not apples to apples but similar. There have been a few blood clot problems.

Pros/cons to both. I had JJ. It did hurt and I felt BAD for a day and felt off for a week. I have had 3 different confirmed CV exposures since and have not contracted it.

If you were mandated by work to take the vaccine and had to chose between J&J or moderna, which would you chose?
This might help.
YouTube. Fairly long and detailed.

Dr. Been builds a graphic showing who should and should not take the various vaccines based on sex, age, co-morbidity, and some reservations based on ethnicity, chiefly Native Americans and native Alaskans.

Glad you're going to get your vaccination. Moderna has shown to be the best up to this point.
