That’s the key. If it’s one person bathrooms it just means everyone can use it. Helpful when you have a kid and can’t send them in alone. Now if it’s all genders use the same 40 stall bathroom that’s a problem.

Im actually a nice guy. Simply wont address some trans testicle who's obviously a woman that thinks everyone should bow down and refer to her as "sir" no matter what kinda work or wardrobe she wears. Once I took it further and made her carry some heavy stuff up some stairs , and she couldn't. Why? Because her strength was weaker than a man, even though she wanted everyone to refer her as a man. That's my point.

Fair point. It is actually a genetic condition.
I’m no neurologist, but it’s my understanding that many mental illnesses are a function of brain chemistry. No idea if that’s the case with gender dyspnoria, or how much is chicken and egg.
In any case, I believe it is a mental condition just as much as many other mental illnesses that may or may not be precipitated by environmental inputs. In any case, though, it’s mental illness (and universally held up as such until that became unfashionable).
I don’t make fun of alcoholics, and I can make a case that these are at least analogous.
