You don't have to like or agree with the decisions on when life begins, or who gets to define viability and all that, but this is a little silly. Murder is still illegal.

There are actually a bunch, if you want to look at facts. Waiting periods, who can perform them, where they can be performed, whether insurance can cover, etc.

You think this didn't happen before RvW, or there weren't women who died trying to have dangerous abortions, or there weren't women who unnecessarily died being forced to carry out dangerous pregnancies? Legitimately, just how stupid are you? You want to take the medical decisions out of the hands of the doctors and the women who are affected by them and put them into your own hands and the hands of politicians. You are a monster.

Murder in this country does not apply to legal abortions. Like I said, you don't need to agree with it or anything, but the courts are going to rule inside the lines that exist.
