Jesus fricking Christ. ..

Its a place of honor in Norse mythology meant for slain warriors. People who dedicate themselves to fighting for a cause sometimes reference it. Its not a fricking imprimatur of Viking culture.

I felt the remark was awkward, but I look at it as a neutral place for Charlie and Kash to meet in the hereafter.

I think Kash is the right person to lead the FBI and if you follow, they have been doing great work. He just needs to lay off Twitter.

He's better than the last FBI Director, I'll give him that.

It’s always those who never fought in war that talk tough and sling around pagan screeds. We knocked that crap off after our first KIA in our platoon - a whole lot of atheists/agnostics (including myself) stopped talking that pagan Norse god crap after losing a brother and having to face what’s next.

Valhalla is what a lot of special forces guys refer to as heaven. It's a modern day warrior mantra.

It wasn't meant to be deeply religious, more so to saying see you in the next life my warrior friend.

Is it goofy? imo, yes but lets not make mountains out of mole hills

Some people want to bitch about everything.

I thought Kash was good, was very complimentary of state and local partners, listed the assets that FBI brought, etc.

Some people have a weird hard on for this guy.

Everyone who posts on here has a 200 IQ, is 6.3” and 225, bench presses 300 and has a gf or wife who is a 10.
Yet, when I’m out in the public, I rarely see anyone fitting these descriptions.
Where do all of you hang out?

A Hindu lawyer who has never carried a weapon in war saying he’ll meet a follower of Christ in pagan Valhalla needs to stick to saying lawyer things. Dude looks like a deer in the headlights…freaking political hack.

Weren’t you saying they weren’t going to catch him?

Some egg on your face Mr De Niro.

In a military context, "Til Valhalla" means "Until we meet again in Valhalla," a promise of eternal reunion with fallen comrades in the afterlife, rooted in Norse mythology where warriors who die bravely go to Odin's hall. It serves as a solemn farewell and tribute to fallen heroes, acknowledging their honorable sacrifice and the enduring bond of brotherhood

Probably a reference that they're fighting for what's right. Y'all chill out.
