Oh you got TOPs. That explains it. We've got to put an end to the government handouts and that includes TOPs. There are plenty of scholarships available to the most deserving.

He waited so long to announce his non run he hurt any republican's chance to win. I get him not running, but it looks like he was paid by the Dems to delay the decision. I hope Jeff Landry gets into the race now.

The vacuum hat is the GOP is because they are indistinguishable from the dems. They all love races and spending and a huge government. Newsflash: Louisiana has resources out the wazoo, more than most states by far. The politicians have stolen and wasted it.
