Just fast forward to both of those witnesses I think they’re back to back if I remember correctly - they are the stuff movies are made of. Just bombshell testimony.
The forensic guy is also helpful to the defense.
Lots of gross photos today, some of dead bodies but they’ll probably be censored on any broadcast you watch.

you are correct. he was subpoenaed to testify weds. he was never going to be testifying yesterday thus 'running/fleeing' is a pretty nonsense characterization .

I think it was while the ME was on the stand that the prosecution broke out the gun... did a presentation... and then as soon as they said "no more questions" the defense attorney immediately got up with gloves on and basically snatched the gun from the prosecutors who were trying to put the gun back away

The testimony yesterday and today... Between GG being a narcissistic smug prick who completely made the defense's case, rather than be embarrassed by saying "I don't know"; the screaching yet cute lab tech/alien chick; and today with Granbo and Photographer Gump...

I totally forgot about another of my favorite highlights from today...
the defense attorney taking the autopsy photo of the guy whose hand was shot... got the ME to circle the exact areas where the soot stippling was, initial it, and entered it into evidence for the jury

He got off scot-free from his 2nd DUI in January. He blew over .20, I think someone in that thread said it was .212 or .213.
Kenosha WI is turning out to be as or more crooked than some Louisiana towns. They let Unicep get away with crimes during and after the riots to help get Kyle R. At the same time they are trying to get the photographer to cheat so they can get Unicep's Antifa brother in arms. Crazy place
