Interview? I’m not sure they ever met them before today.

An offer from “Kyle” to go to the auto dealership with his brother to provide armed protection for their property.

He received a text message from a person named Kyle who asked if his business needed to be protected and they had guns.

So this is to paint Rittenhouse as a vigilante acting solely on his own rather than actually being asked by someone to protect their property?

right....but how did Kyle get the guys number? from the guys brother I guess?

I understand why they are asking these questions, but I don't understand the relevancy to self defense claims.

I think you may be right.

I mean I get it. They are family owned businesses obviously owned by separate family members for some sort of financial purposes. They probably all work at all of the businesses even though each is only on the payroll of one.
He says he's "Inventory Manager" which likely means he's the auction guy for his dads lots as well as his brothers, taking a kickback/payout on each car he sends through or buys at the chute.

quote:probably right but the prosecutors inability to make that point in 2 questions but rather expose the shell game of the car businesses is laughable.

Picking up right where we left off. Except now Sam can’t seem to answer the defense’s questions instead of the prosecutions.

"Do you have concern that if you have armed men guarding your property and one of them shoots someone you could be subject to a lawsuit."
Defense question.
He said no, but it's his dad's lot.
