Kyle: I feared for my life because even though I turned to remind the pursuer that I had a weapon, it didn't stop him at all. He kept chasing at me saying he is going to kill me, I believed him.

ADA specifically forgets that Rosenbaum threatened his life earlier that evening. This is ridiculous. It doesnt matter if he didnt threaten him when he went for his gun. I would have shot the bastard too,
