Kyle should be saying: I heard gunshots during that chase and had no idea who had a gun. Although Rosenbaum put his hands up, I have no idea if he is armed or not. I held up my rifle to deter him chasing me and it did nothing. He lunged for my rifle and I shot my weapon.

Every time I see Kyle's face when he answers just makes me feel even worse for him. He is an 18 year old kid who is scared shitless because this POS ADA is trying everything he can to get him convicted for self defense. Again, any women on this jury see the same things with Kyle as I do.
