I got nothing from here on this case
you don't kick your way into a federal buildings with a gun pointed at your head "stop"
she didn't listen
end of story
I’ve always wondered if there was such a threat why was one unarmed American vet killed? Why didn’t the Capitol building just unleash a hail of lead against the uninvited tourists….err, insurrectionists?

At the end of the day when a police officer has you at gunpoint and you continue to ignore their authority and you push and push the boundaries bad things happen that's the lesson here.... we don't need to debate it any further
Had it been a white cop and a black man. They would never get that level of leeway. The black person would have had to have a weapon and attempted to use it or the cop would be charged with murder. This is the pull your head out of your arse moment. She literally posed zero threat and you can't have it both ways.

So is he saying that if a cop tells someone to stop what they're doing and they don't stop, it's okay for the cop to shoot them?
Yeah, unless the person is black. Then that standard drastically fricking changes.

I wonder if they will feel the same way when the next good boy on his way to college who did not do anything wrong is murdered by the police?
