We all know how this situation happened. But if you could go back to before we started sending teams of ICE Agents into hotbed cities, what would you have thought would happen? Wouldn't you have expected riots? And if you expected riots, wouldn't you have expected someone to eventually be killed?

Correction. This April will make 40 years since we first built an immigration detention center in Louisiana. So we were doing it even before ICE was created.
