I watched Kelly's Heroes. That is good enough.

Do you really want to go down this trail? You are probably going to be greatly disappointed. Trust me.

No, it is bothersome that you are such a moron and yet somehow were actually commissioned. The fact you want to be acquainted with goldenugget and Ghazi does not bother me in the least bit.

Okay moron it is obvious you have no concept of each branch of service and it's role so you are just trolling at this point. So eat a dick and catch AIDS or something.

Tell me from your vast military experience how you can win a war by getting rid of the Army and Air Force and building up the Navy?

A strong Navy and Marine Corps with a proper budget would more than handle business.

How stong? What should be the % of working jets for the Navy? Are the Marines currenty understaffed? You do know they are asking for about 9,000 mord recruits...

Should the Navy have more than 50% operational jets?
please give numbers

What exactly is a "proper budget" of GDP or historic % of the budget?

I'd transfer most administrative, logistic and fixed wing capabilities to the Navy if it were up to me.

So we should be spending more in GDP% and % of our budget than we've ever spent?

I wouldn't even go there...20% of our budget is fine by me but defense spending is always a veriable because its not an entitlment and ALWAYS up for spending cuts.

You can't complain about military spending and then bash Trump for wanting other NATO nations to pony up.

What doesn't make sense is to ask other nations to pony up and then relieve them of the need to do so by spending even more money on protecting them....

What Trump is doing would be akin to a parent telling a ne-er do well child living in the basement that they had to get a job or get out and then putting more of the fricking kids favorite snacks in the fridge and continuing to pay for his cell phone and internet connection.

Actions would speak much louder than words with the world if we simply CUT military spending. The world would have no choice but to up their contribution. Or get in bed with China or Russia...one way or the other they would be off our teat.

Trump is proposing to increase 4% of the world's population portion of the bill for world security to right at 40% of the total annual bill. The cost is not going up 10% so it means that the rest of the world will have the ability to spend 10% less than it would otherwise and maintain the same level of security.

Our Allies have the money to spend to secure themselves...we allow them not to. Increasing our spending will free up even more of their money to subsidize industries and provide free shite to their citizens....while you and I reach deeper into our own pockets or, if Trumps budget is an indication, see all sorts of shite that we provide to people overseas by subsidizing their security costs stripped away from our own citizens....and then, in the ultimate insult, we will see the frickers overseas pretend as if they are competing on a level playing field and many of our own people on the right will agree that they are....

I am all for increasing our military soending...personally I don't think it goes far enough....but anyone who thinks us spending more is going to incentivize our allies to follow suit is just fricking stupid....
