Another lie from user JohnnyLiar. What I said in this very thread is that the honest position to take on this is that Lin needs to substantiate his claims somehow and that doesn't mean dropping it on the internet, as that would be illegal.
I have no idea if the frazzledrip tape exists or not. It wouldn't surprise me, to be honest, but I don't make any claims to it's validity.
Lin is someone I trust, but I also don't trust him to be fully honest right now. He knows exactly what he is doing, but some of his claims may be pushing the envelope a bit. I think he is attempting to goad people into a lawsuit. Like when he claimed the Pope was arrested. I don't think that's true. But what I think he is doing is, as we get further along, he is making more and more outlandish claims. I think the reason he may be doing this is because if he makes more and more bold claims, people on the other side may begin to think he doesn't really have the goods on the earlier claims he made.
It may embolden someone like Brian Kemp to believe that Lin Wood doesn't have the goods on the claims Lin made about him, baiting him into a defamation suit to simply get Lin to shut the frick up.
To put it another way, Lin Wood is in on the plan. That being the case, disinformation is necessary.
You need to quit lying. You have already tried to claim that I started this thread and I did not. You are 100% dishonest and you're lying again.

Representing yourself AKA pro se is a lot different from being paid to rep a client in a jurisdiction you are licensed in as an attorney. Judges generally will help out pro se litigants because they want to move the case along and they also are interested in the person getting a fair shake because it is impossible for them to be expected to understand 100% of the procedure and law. Lots of judges see pro hoc vice attorneys as being interlopers. It is less true in bigger cities but try a case in a smaller town 1,000 miles from home and it can get downright adversarial with the judges. To get a hyperbolic idea of what it is like think of the movie My Cousin Vinnie. In the end, you are playing in their sandbox and a lot of judges get really protective of their turf. I literally had a judge in Western Massachusetts tell me in camera that my Jimmy Stewart shtick wasn't going to play well there, I apologized and said I was stuck playing the cards God gave me.
In any event, judges tend to have a critical eye when viewing "outsiders" and while he was definitely harsh to Wood given what he seems to have been dealing with in the last year and a half it probably was not unwarranted.
