Even if this were true, you don't see a problem with that?
The father told them who the aggressor was.
Don't you think the police are aware of the fact that some domestic abusers will lie and say someone else is the abuser?
The 5 police officers were in the process of physically subduing him while the other officer was questioning the mother when she admitted that she was the abuser.
Those 5 officers had no idea that the mother was admitting she was the abuser until after they finished subduing the father.
These things happen very quickly and you can't expect the 5 police officers who were subduing the father to be able to read the mother's mind.

If you want to issue idiotic generalizations such as an implied police intolerance of "bad cops in their ranks," I'm going to point out one of many many instances where that is totally false.
You can point out one instance that is the exception to the rule but I can point out all the other instances that are the rule.

If you make idiotic assertions about a "verbatim transcript," I am going to point out that transcript contains not one single solitary utterance from the deceased.
Irrelevant.
I posted the portion of the verbatim transcript you deliberately left out that proved my speculations are correct.

If you make uninformed assertions about "appropriate" police behavior, I am going to point out that you have not a scintilla of evidence supporting that assertion. You don't have proof of inappropriate conduct of the deceased. You don't have record of the initial conversation or reactions. You don't know if the victim had ID.
As I just said, I pointed out the portion of the verbatim transcript that you deliberately left out that proves my speculations were correct yet you still asserted that I don't have "a scintilla of evidence" supporting my speculations.
Your disgusting tactic failed.

If you pose unfounded observations about "evidence," I am going to point out that you have not one single solitary utterance from the deceased standing as testament to what occurred -- not a groan, not a grunt, not a thing. The theater video has not been released, though the police undoubtedly know of its contents. Preliminary autopsy findings have not been released, though the police undoubtedly know of its findings.
I doesn't matter what the deceased said or didn't say on the video tape.
What matters is the portion of the verbatim transcript of what was said on the video tape which you deliberately left out proves that my speculations were correct.

It proves that the police didn't know who the abuser was when they first arrived at the scene which some of you Einsteins said they knew before they arrived
Why did they need his ID if they had no idea who was involved in the disturbance? His providing ID would have had no bearing on determining who was involved. Typical street cop mentality, why use common sense when you can use brute force!

The officer questioning the mother is one of the 5 officers who were subduing him. He's the one with glasses and a baseball cap.

What's disgusting is that you said the police murdered him when it is obvious that he was accidently killed as a result of the police subduing him.
Would it be murder if it was me and 4 of my buddies?

To be blunt IMO, he's too old to be a troll, and too casuistic to educate. JFWIW.

Why are you bringing facts into this thread? The troll don't need no stupid facts.

When I worked for the police we were taught to take out the legs of the suspect. We were not taught to sit on the suspect to suffocate him.
This case will settle for $50 million taxpayer dollars?
Happy now?
Was it worth it to kill a Hispanic?

Even if you take out the legs of a suspect they can still grab your gun with their hands.
That's why the police should always handcuff a suspect when they get close enough to them for the suspect to try to grab their gun.

So you don't really care that a wife doesn't have a husband, or a daughter doesn't have a dad. These are real people that suffer. Whether you like it or not police tactics have become brutal enough for the typical citizen to take notice and disapprove. Your behavior in this thread is shameful. The fact is they killed that man and they didn't have too. I hope they all go to jail.

The video showed that the 5th officer came over to the mother and was talking to her away from where the father was being subdued by the other 4 police officers.
Therefore, the point I made about the police officers who were subduing the man not knowing that the mother said she was the person who hit the daughter until after they subdued the father is still valid.

In fact, you know that I never said the police didn't kill the man. I said they accidently killed him and I said it was a tragedy in my very first post on this thread.
So that proves to me that you don't care about the meaning of my words or the context in which I used them as long as you win the argument.
Shame on you!
