This was always the plan. Shake down all the people surrounding Trump, they don’t have the money or spine to fight, then make Trump look wrong. Why do you think they brought a RICO in GA? None of these people have the money to fight it besides Trump. They will all take deals and lie. Wake up. It’s not about jail. It’s about stopping people from voting for him and suppressing the Truth of 2020

Problem is Trump disagreed with the narrative that the deepstate orchestrated. This is the start of a dictatorship by the government. No believe what we say? Off to the concentration camps.

How will y'all spin it when communications made in real time show these doubts/warnings were genuine?
Since when is it a crime for politicians to lie?

ABC News has identified several assertions in the book that appear to be contradicted by what Meadows allegedly told investigators behind closed doors.
None of the above happened. Lies. Lawfare.

LOL. You should look this up. In 2016, 10 electors cast votes for someone other than who they were pledged to. 3 of them were from States where that was illegal, so they either changed their vote or where replaced by alternate electors.
Of the 7 faithless electors, NONE of them voted for Trump or Clinton. They voted for other people. Trump lost 2 votes in Texas, and Clinton lost 5 votes in Washington and Hawaii.

And multiple electors actually carried out the order.

The real tragedy in all this is that they are going after Trump and his associates for doing exactly what Hillary and the D's did in 2016, and the vast majority of each losing side in most Presidential elections.
The difference?
Trump can't seem to understand that you use segregates and underlings to do this type of work. In making these calls himself, in meeting with these people face to face, he lost his plausible deniability. In addition, it appears he has no understanding of how most of the people around him are simply waiting for him to say something he probably shouldn't.

The difference is that Clinton conceded the election the day after it was over. She joined a lawsuit regarding the Dominion voting machines and there was a campaign asking electors to switch their votes which never had any chance of success. But once the lawsuit was dismissed and the electoral votes were cast, she took no further action to try to reverse the results.
She originally said everyone should respect the vote and give Trump a chance, but later couldn't stop whining about Russian interference. She's a sore loser, but didn't try to pursue illegal means to get her way.
Since this thread is actually about Mark Meadows, I'll believe he flipped when I see a court filing about it

It says quite a lot that Trump just so happened to ignore all the people who said these claims were meritless. It's not that difficult to make an argument to a jury that Trump was shopping for people and lawyers who told him what he wants to hear.

Meadows has buckled under the threat of the General Flynn show trial treatment.
