The migrants aren't doing shite. Political activist lawyers are doing this. "Sign this document if you want to be American rich. We'll take of everything. All you need to do is cry in front of a camera once or twice."

Today DeSantis released the forms that they all signed and it says they agree to be flown to Massachusetts and that they are not liable in any way for anything that may occur in that transition.

I’m sure they understood and, if information coming out is correct, weren’t fraudulently induced into signing those waivers.

All that aside how weird is it that the gov of Florida hatched a scheme and spent fla tax payer $ to go into Texas and dupe some illegals into getting on a plane and flying them to Martha’s Vineyard?

They were fraudulently let across international borders. Migrant workers went back home. These illegals are not here to work and go home.

Changing hearts and minds through manipulation of language.

They will claim coercion or that the signatures are forgeries. Democrat lawyers will assist them with whatever lies or perjury they need to help their cases.

Can we sue them for being on our sovereign land?

This is ridiculous on all ends. The gov of Fl shouldn’t have to drop them on rich democrats lawns to prove a point that this is an issue.

Since when does the US Constitution extend to Venezuelans?

US Constitution covers anyone on US Land. Same reason those goat frickers in Gitmo have protection under the US Constitution.

I know this board is split on Ben Shapiro but his comments about this particular situation have been hilarious (and accurate).

Who wouldn't want to be shuttled on a charter plane to Martha's Vineyard and given a goodie bag

These people were absolutely coerced to file these suits

Where are they suing? Certainly cannot get jurisdiction over DeSantis in Texas

Seems the claims are against the state

Would be funny if they have to come to Florida to sue and he arrests the illegals while there

I'm pretty sure they're fleeing communism.
