3)Since there is zero constitutional basis whatsoever for a special POTUS election under any circumstance, on whose authority will that be done, and using what parameters?
It sounds like what you advocate is to abandon the rule of law to right a wrong, which would not work and it never has. And it would only kick off a tit-for-tat of extra/unconstitutional remedies that would ultimately

No Executive Order could have accomplished this, regardless of what it said. Trump could have performed a séance, raised all previous POTUS' together with the signatories of the Constitution, and wrote down the procedure you describe, and it still would not have passed constitutional muster.
There are no special elections for POTUS, and there cannot be without Constitutional amendment. The POTUS cannot do it militarily or unilaterally. There is simply no legal basis for it.

That is the best part of Trump's tantrum here. Brooks said early on that mail-in voting was a vehicle for fraud, and that if only legal votes were counted, then Trump would have been reelected. He was the first member of Congress to object to certification of Electoral Votes.
Brooks has backed up Trump more on the 2020 elections than pretty much every other member of Congress.
Maybe Trump just thinks that Brooks cannot win, and so backing Durant is the better play to keep his endorsement relevant? In that instance Brooks' rally message is just a convenient excuse to jump ship.

The only thing I heard him say was we need to move past it at the rally.
Any open-minded semi-intelligent person knows there was massive election fraud in the 2020 election.
Six states shut down counting when Trump was ahead then he lost all six and many other issues.
Mo could have so many things about this and not said we need to move past it.

Is that supposed to be the only thing Brooks ever talked about, forever? It is such an odd loyalty test. Fraud in the 2020 election has nothing whatsoever to do with the 2022 Alabama Senate election. It is shortsighted and petty of Trump to demand that every GOP candidate put 2020 at the forefront of their messaging. Is it still a concern? Yes. Should Congress do something about it? Yes. But should it be the only focus ever? No. Everyone on earth, and I literally mean every single person, who believes that there was fraud is already voting Republican. That is not who Brooks, et. al. are campaigning to when they make these "get past/move on" comments. They are campaigning to suburban women, who determine elections.
