Next day went to the gym, felt like shite. That night, fever spiked to 102. Took Wednesday to rest, fever was 99-100. Thursday, no fever so went to the gym and worst work out ever. Friday tested positive.

This felt like the flu.

Imagine being like this selfish prick.

Well, you don't have to imagine.

I'm against masks and think a vaccine should be a personal choice but if you think you have the flu and had a high fever you should think of other people and stay home.

Imagine not knowing you have covid and knowing that if it’s just being run down from travel and a sinus infection that you aren’t contagious if you don’t have a fever.

Maybe you need to read more.

Oh, and I was vaccinated so…

You thought you had the flu so you should've stayed home.

You said you felt like shite and had a fever the day before.

I'm referring to the 2nd time you went to the gym.

You're a selfish prick.

When I didn’t have fever and just felt a little sluggish?

In retrospect I was wrong, but my decision wasn’t made out of selfishness. Please tell everyone about your poor decisions and how you admitted it, or are you perfect?

I fricked up. I was wrong. I didn’t think I had covid. I didn’t do anything selfish, I just fricked up.

It isn't about covid.

If you have flu like symptoms you shouldn't be spreading your germs around.

Who wants the flu?

Get it through your head that it isn't just about covid.

This tells me if you had flu like symptoms in the past you didn't have any concern for people and spread your germs around.

Isn't that just lovely and thoughtful of you.

I thought it was from traveling and I actually drank in Kentucky, which is something I never do. Had I thought I was contagious I wouldn’t have done it.

You are a miserable, judgmental, leg day skipper. That’s what you are. You’ve taken a mostly positive thread where people were sharing experiences and decided to be a prick. Congrats.

31. 175#. 5’8”. 16% body fat. No vax. Gym 4-5 times a week here. No underlying health conditions.

Got it the day the that bitch Ida rolled through. I’m blessed that my mother in law is a retired nurse and has a small pharmacy at the house.

Vitamin D
Zinc
Albuterol when required
Tylenol
Zyrtec
Z pack
shite pile of water

Week 1: Had a low grade fever and fatigue the first 3 days. No coughing. Plenty of head congestion. No breathing issues. I was really disappointed in how lame it was.

Week 2: Covid said ‘hold my beer’. Days 10-13 I had an elephant on my chest. Fever came back. O2 never dropped out of the 90s, but breathing was labored. I lost my appetite and 15# to go with it. Getting off the couch was work.

Wouldn’t recommend it if you’re interested in getting it.

Here's my experience.

Got covid, thought it was the flu.

I thought of other people and stayed away from them....because who wants the flu?

I quarantined for 10 days and stayed away entirely from people for 13 days. That was 3 more days after done being contagious.

See, I thought of other people when I got sick.

5 months later I came down with what I thought was a very light flu. I told my SO and I slept in my truck camper for 3 days so I wouldn't get my SO sick.

After 24 hours it went away but I stayed 2 more days to make sure.

Then there's you....

There's more to it than I'm saying.

Would I normally do that? No.

I did it for reasons I'm not going to mention here.

Your opinion means nothing. Sooooo....

Eta....thousands of dollars could've been lost if I didn't do it. It sucks but I chose $ over sleeping in a camper. If you knew all the details you would do it too.

I know of only one Remdesivir study. It showed basically no statistical difference between the two groups. 31% of the people that took it suffered from internal organ issues.

Does anyone know of any studies that showed different results?

From the hospitalizations that I know of it appears that most of the people that died of covid19 actually died organ failure due to taking Remdesivir.
