This is awful... he won't "provide favorable numbers"?? Were the numbers EVER accurate? This should be a career ending comment.

I am pretty sure he isn't running for reelection.

You’re all over the place on the polls, just trying keep up with which one you now like or not.

Great question. It's one of those "were you lying then or are you lying now?" situations, a total self-beclowning of someone purporting to scientifically model public opinion. If you're interested in whether the before or after was closer to right, though, you might look at which agrees with other polling.

Or... screw trying to decipher any polling. It's all rigged for narrative.

Retreat into fetal-position nihilism is of course always an option.

More of a reasoned approach that I can figure out for myself if MY life is better and what I think of Trump's policies.

If pollsters rig the game, why would I pay mind to any of them? That's ridiculous.

No, I’ve been pretty consistent

Perhaps you could expound a bit on what you’re talking about instead of the vague inaccuracies

Perfectly valid, but you're not doing what Trump is doing when he says polls are "rigged". What he means is that they're illegitimate when they say he's behind.

It’s so much simpler to just say “he’s been a disappointment” than to really get down in it and figure out why this happened this way, or why that didn’t happen the way I expected it to, yadda yadda. Ain’t it? That is a good bit of thinking, I can see why it would be something to avoid, and just take the easy way out. Hey, I get it. Sometimes I just say f*it, I ain’t thinking at all…..come at me management bros.

But... is he wrong? Doesn’t seem like it.

The fact that they can blatantly admit it and WE ARE STILL talking about Trump says a lot.

We should be talking about a well known pollster of a widely consumed polling site openly admitting to rigging polls, be they in favor of Trump or against him.

It isn't ABOUT Trump, it's about how far off the tracks these people are. And how long they've been off the tracks.

What? Of course he is

It’s not fatal, it’s just an approval poll

But yeah, the numbers ain’t good right now no matter where you look

I was speaking to the pollster openly admitting to "delivering" results of his own choosing.

I don't care if the bullshite numbers are in Trump's favor or not- the polling being purposely rigged should be the headline, especially as the results are meaningless with that guy's confession.

Sure because the TD Poli Board is known for its nuanced and detailed takes on complex topics.

I find it hard to believe that Rasmussen is purposely rigging their polls to be anti-Trump, but I’d love to see some sources on the issue
