Simpler than what you think. Democrats have said whatever it takes to get elected, and made outrageous claims and accusations. We finally had one Republican do the same thing.
Also, while immigration might be important, most of us that voted for Trump were indifferent to a wall. Most of us just wanted Clinton gone, and I'm not sure about where future investigations lead, so we still don't know the conclusion here. Most of us wanted ACA fixed. It it get repealed, great. If it gets fixed, great. Most of us just wanted tax cuts and a growing economy. Most of us wanted fairer trade. Most of us wanted a m ore fair tax system, where people making a modest $200-$300K, and creating jobs, paid a rate similar to what extremely wealthy persons (mostly Democrats), and businesses like JP Morgan Chase (largely Democrat leaning) pay.
So to your point, reasonable people, or those that understand, and live in reality, aren't going to melt over any of this. But there are some posters on here who will. Delusional conservatives, principled conservatives, progressives, liberals, or whatever they call themselves, and their fantasy world that they prefer to live in.

So you want him to do what exactly? He has no power yet
Unlike your side, I choose not to dramatically overreact before he takes office.

There was exactly one issued that mattered to me and he has already fulfilled it.
HRC is DOA.
Everything else is gravy.

As if Kasich would do all that he claimed he would do. The man would have went all Democrat on the GOP voters.
My biggest hot button and only issue was the Supreme Court selections. I knew what Hillary would put up for appointment. I am hopeful with Trump. Kasich would have fricked us all.

no, trump supporters liked trump b.c he was a fighter for them. Unfortunately they haven't figured out they were duped (not unsurprising) and now will contort so that trump will be considered infallible. better for them to compromise on the little thing and keep their narcissistic supply going his direction than take stock of their decisions.

Trump is telling a want and the media what they want to hear.
He'll do it all.

Curious, since he hasn't even taken office yet, how can you be sure he's duped anyone?
He has literally been president for 0 seconds and already people are exclaiming he's some sort of success/failure.
