I've known people all through my life that have gotten themselves mixed up in drugs and crime. They convince themselves that they "just need to get away from here" to where they don't know anyone, and start over. Some of them actually get away. And they start over and do good for a little while, but then they end up gravitating towards the same types of people from whom they previously fled, and they go down the toilet again. They just trade in their former associates for new associates that are exactly the same but in a different wrapper.
It's human nature and tribalism. Familiarity and common ground. The straight and narrow is the most difficult path, and no one can walk it alone. They need GOD.

Like some poster posted... it is associated closely with anime and weaboo culture. It's supposed to be like a cutesy feminine-ish like wide eyed open smile.
Anime and weaboo culture is like strongly associated with gamer culture and now gamer culture is like this weird amalgamation of anime weaboo nerd MyLittlePony furry sexual deviancy and a strong link to trans-sexualism.
Like hardcore gamer nerds are all tranny's these days.
So the meme is like two sexual deviants are like having a role playing sexual fantasy conversation
Where like one furry MLP tranny weaboo fig is pretending he is like nuzzling up to the person he is talking to... who like appears to be a woman... but then the person talking notices this person has a bulge in his pants and is like excitedly turned on about it.

Chronically online gamer nerds before high speed internet were different.
Now this group is all over discord, they're all lonely and feel shunned by society, like they don't belong. They then become highly susceptible to fringe groups that provide them a sense of belonging, but also a sense of "the outside world just doesn't understand us, it's mean and cruel becuase it calls us nerds...." so they steer SUPER hard into that.
They don't want to face the world as a normal man because they're too weak to muster the courage to do that, so they just "give up" essentially and instead of fighting for a spot in the world they recluse and simply as for sympathy..... "hey stop bullying me.... I have gender dysphoria OK? Please notice me!"
Most of us here grew up before the internet was a chronic daily space for interaction.
Kids with smartphones have constant access to spaces on the internet that fuel and foster this mental illness
Discord is notorious for this.... anyone can make a chat group and they become insane echo chambers
And the running conspiracy is that discord is where agent provocateurs case out mentally susceptible people to become radicalized and perform false flag operations but again that's a very out there idea but some believe it.
