I know (pray) you are being sarcastic. But on this forum. I doubt it.

He thinks they were better off as slaves.

That's not "my" narrow minded view. It's his. The fact that you are breaking your spine to justify his believes pretty much paints me a nice picture of what you think regarding other races.

The government handled it, the exact way they should have. Guy is breaking the law. We punish guys who are breaking the law. Unless you are okay with me coming into your how and grazing your fridge for food? I mean I'm not hurting anything and that food is just there for the eating.

Are you ok with me popping over later?

Once again, you wonder why most of the country views the right the way they do.

Most of the country? You hacks think too highly of yourself by far. You are just having a sad because of how idiotic you and your ilk now look for playing the race-card. You won't even attempt to look at the whole context of what he said. Please explain how it's racist to not want things to go back to the way they were before the civil rights era? Explain how it's racist to recognize hard work and give credit where it is due? You can't. You're a product of your own pathetic, closeted racism and a guilty conscience.

Would you rather have been aborted, a slave, or in prison? Those were the choices he presented.

Cliven Bundy is a virulent racist and I'm not at all surprised by the support he still receives on this board.

You insufferable dolt..(I always wanted to use that in a conversation)...Bundy played the race card. He volunteered his views on other races.

Try to keep up.

It's easy to motivate "employees" with the threat of the beating them with a whip or better still killing them.

When used in this context, I'm not sure you understand meaning of either word. Could you clarify the characterization.

You know exactly why they did it, to make him look bad.
Unfortunately many will believe their version.

Try reading for once in your life.

quote:

We sure don't want the colored people to go back to that point. We sure don't want these Mexcian people to want to go back to that point. And we can make a difference right now by taking care of some of these bureaucracies, and do it in a peaceful way.”

In the context of how far-reaching gov't controls can damage a population you miserable, slack-jawed mouth-breather. Try reading what is actually written and attempt to glean some form of meaning from those words yourself instead of what the media tells you.

quote:

You know, I understand that they come over here against our constitution and cross our borders. But they're here and they are people - and I've worked side by side with a lot of 'em.

Don't tell me they don't work, and don't pay taxes. And don't tell me they don't have better family structures than most of us white people. When you see these Mexican families, they're together, they picnic together, they're spending their time together, and I'll tell you in my way of thinking they're awful nice people. And we need to have those people join us, and be with us, not come to our party.”

Anything about a whip there? Nope. You are so full of shite...

And yet the man picked up his rifles and threatened to use them, more than once, against Federal agents after courts instructed him to comply with the law.

Not only is he a racist, he's a liar, and you hang your hat with him. You're dumb and comical.

Because those were the people he was talking about. When you listen to leaders in the black community do they sound satisfied?

NYT is such trash. Editing this mans comments is no different than what was done to Zimmerman. Just because they are flawed people you don't have to turn them into villains.

Is it different than what Breitbart did to that ag gal?

Exactly. Yet they still do it and we still respond to it knowing they will be untruthful in their reporting.

Here's how I interpret the totality of Cliven's speech:

Because of his support by Fox News, militias, and rightwing politicians he suddenly felt empowered to be the Voice of the Man Against Big Government, so decided he'd tackle other issues in an attempt to justify his own. Of course, he realized he needed to sound a bit objective for any bit of credibility so decided to begin with some dirge about how we'd never want to go back to pre-civil rights days....

But he just couldn't pull off the charade. The dam broke. His white supremacy mind just couldn't control his white supremacy mouth for very long. It took all of two short paragraphs to start lamenting about "the Negro" sitting on his porch, not working, and not being able to pick cotton.

He's a fraud, a liar, a cheat, and a racist.

Feeds showed up with hardware first. He met force with force and in doing so trashed that lib-loved meme that citizens would be ineffective against the Feds in a contest of arms. Hurst your ignorant, hateful heart...

You've tossed that term around very carelessly in these threads.

racist
. . . and like other lefties more interested in hyperbole than fact, you've failed to clarify use of that acerbic term in this particular instance.
