so long story short you can't prove it was china changing votes during the election by hacking machines.....

That’s not what you asked and I was responding in a limit timeframe. But I have no ability to verify if China did the cyber stealing or not. I specifically answered your questions to the extent of time I had. The overarching thing is that it WAS stolen. That’s a problem everyone should be concerned about. I know your side won by the methodology used sorting it out corruptly but some things need to be fixed in life.

Go ahead - apply your own approach to all political issues -

the floor is yours.

I mean if i could have a 3 day conference reading the steele dossier that's easy. especially if i could just make up what was in the dossier as i go and not show it to you.

however we both know that wouldn't be true.....which is the problem in here, this is all based on a false premise. they haven't proven anything. in a lot of cases they've said they need to go do more homework.

Not watching but if it's shown that a given state's election mechanisms COULD have been compromised, then the burden of proof now falls on that State's SoS to demonstrate the fidelity of their election.

It's one thing to stitch together a cogent narrative of fraud in a legal arena. Maybe that hasn't been done.

But the flip side now has to be done, i.e., PROVE in the face of compromised mechanisms that your election has fidelity. THAT hasn't been done either.

I'd make the states certify it before allowing the President to assume office.

false if i show you could have committed a murder. it is in fact still up to me to prove you did commit it.

you can't prove to me something didn't happen. you can only prove it happened. that's the standard required for this type of claim to be believable or matter anywhere.

Ball's in the states' court. Prove (with a capital P) that your 2020 election has fidelity. Prove it.

nah-uh, we need double and triple certification! Trump lost, this can’t be real. Quintuple certification!

quote:

The presumption of innocence is a legal principle that every person accused of any crime is considered innocent until proven guilty. Under the presumption of innocence, the legal burden of proof is thus on the prosecution, which must present compelling evidence to the trier of fact (a judge or a jury). If the prosecution does not prove the charges true, then the person is acquitted of the charges. The prosecution must in most cases prove that the accused is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If reasonable doubt remains, the accused must be acquitted. The opposite system is a presumption of guilt.

In many countries and under many legal systems, including common law and civil law systems (not to be confused with the other kind of civil law, which deals with non-criminal legal issues), the presumption of innocence is a legal right of the accused in a criminal trial. It is also an international human right under the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 11.

I’d like a publicly open audit of a couple random counties at the very least. Show us that the process is straightforward and has the ability to be checked.

Depends on the findings.
Bear in mind I have the county's truculence and reticence card to play in case things go astray.

The problem is the claims of "most secure election ever", "air gapped", "not connected to the internet", etc. begin ringing hollow when things are found which contest those claims.

Once something like that comes along the burden then falls upon the state to prove these things do not disprove their initial claims.
