Am I getting this right? Are you are suggesting Clare Locke (the best defamation firm in the nation) and Susman Godfrey (arguably the best boutique complex litigation firm in the country) filed cases against Sydney, Mike, Rudy, Fox, OAN, NewsMax, and Patrick Byrne and they were then "trapped" into a discovery? Three of these were filed in the last week. As a plaintiff, you would (almost) never file an action without understanding that discovery is almost certain.

So you buy the theory that the malware was somehow inserted into their data AFTER it came into their possession? Did they just leave it out on a public network for attack?

You are applying a criminal standard. You want clear evidence in order to give the people you disagree with what they want...an audit.
Election are supposed to bear the burden of being certifiable themselves. They have laws surrounding chain of custody and secure environments that, if not followed, remove any reasonable certification.
All anyone needs to do to understand the truth is to realize that your side desperately is trying to prevent an investigation into the truth...while the other side is begging for an investigation into the truth. That really says it all.
