Obviously they have ZERO chain of custody for memory cards containing vote tallies...any idea how simple it is to create new cards that find their way into the the final count?

I looked at the reddit thread. The candidate was a constitutionalist who supported walker.
So she is a republican...
She won because she had a very narrow strong backing. What people called the angry old people support. Which also sounds republican.
