Do embassies, military installations, US citizens working/traveling abroad, etc count or is your threshold attacks literally on US soil only?

I am. It was a pretty simple post. Not sure what you aren't able to understand.

Ok. I understand that you’re incapable of discussing an issue without knowing how it might reflect on Trump.

When has the left ever had trouble defining words?

I did say who is known for it; i.e. is a hallmark of their politics

Depends on the meaning of what “is” is- Bill Clinton
Supreme Court Justice, can’t define what a woman is-KJB.
And these are their best
I'll add to your list...

Undocumented instead of illegal
Migrant instead of alien (the word 'alien' is used in the Constitution)
Obamacare is a tax, not a service
Tax cuts = deficit spending
"norms"

embassies do indeed count. Kenya, Iraq, Iran, Tanzania, etc.

Military bases do count too, we are there as guests, leased or not, with permission and Americans stand on that soil and presumably American assets are there too.

[not arguing, bolstering]

With that said is seems the War Powers Resolution of 1973 is in direct violation of Article I, Section 8, Clause 11, which grants Congress the sole power to declare war.

Too bad Congress is lazy/worthless and has abdicated their responsibilities.

I didnt say that was the ACTUAL, VERBATIM text. Those are the powers that the Article gives to the president.
Maybe instead of "states" i should have used "gives."

For the ACkTuALly crowd.

Just rename what you are doing and it’s not considered a war any more . Then you just do what you want.

It’s not a war, it’s a police action
It’s not gambling, it’s gaming

No.

Look at my post history on this issue. The past few days I've been defending Trump based on the War Powers Resolution of 1973.

But here I'm kind of entertaining the idea that the War Powers Resolution looks unconstitutional like Thomas Massie is implying with is current resolution. Just trying to see his side of the issue.
